Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

To qualify for a return

• Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Item must be in resalable condition.
• Return authorization must be obtained prior to sending the product.

Non-returnable items

• Custom or special-order products
• Clearance or discounted items
• Products marked as final sale

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
