Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or submitted to the manufacturer.

• Orders that have already entered processing, production, or shipping stages cannot be canceled.
• Custom and special-order products cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Studio@wp.primecountertops.net.
